Refund Policy

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions (Pro, Contractor) are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time from the in-app billing page. When you cancel:

  • You keep access to paid features through the end of the current billing period.
  • You are not charged again.
  • Your account automatically returns to the Free plan when the period ends.

7-Day Refund Window

If you are unhappy with your first paid month, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund that month in full, no questions asked.

After 7 Days

Subscription fees beyond the 7-day window are non-refundable, except where required by law. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund prior periods.

Failed or Disputed Charges

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us before opening a bank dispute so we can resolve it quickly.

How to Request a Refund

Open the billing page in the app and contact support, or email us from the address on your account. Include the date of the charge and a brief reason.
